| 摘 要： | 目的]了解蓖麻籽水提物对小鼠的毒杀效果。方法]用蒸馏水提取得到未经脱脂的和经乙醚脱脂的2种蓖麻籽水提物,研究2种水提物对小鼠的毒杀效果。结果]2种蓖麻籽水提物对小鼠均有毒杀作用,效果很好,死亡率均达100%,对小鼠毒杀的平均时间1～2d,最长死亡时间3d,且雌性死亡较早。2种蓖麻籽水提物对小鼠致死时间与用药剂量有一定的相关性,用药剂量大,致鼠死亡时间相对缩短,但总体上均属于慢性致死。结论]未脱脂的和经乙醚脱脂的蓖麻籽水提物对小鼠均有毒杀作用,小鼠死亡率达100%,致死平均时间1～2d,最快死亡时间26h。该研究为蓖麻籽作为植物源灭鼠剂提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim of the research was to get know of the poisoning effects of water extracts from castor seeds on mice. Method] 2 kinds of water extracts were obtained by extracting with distilled water from aether-defatted and nondefatted castor seeds to study the poisoning effects of 2 kinds of water extracts on mice. Result] 2 kinds of water extracts from castor seeds both had the poisoning effects on mice, its effects were better and the mortality rate both reached 100 %. The average time of poisoning mice was 1-2 d, the longest death time was 3 d and the female mice died earlier. The lethal time of 2 kinds of water extracts from castor seeds had certain relativity with drug dosage. When the drug dosage was bigger, the leather time to mice was relatively shorter. But it belonged to chronic death on the whole. Conclusion] The water extracts from aether-defatted and nondefatted castor seeds both had poisoning effects on mice. The mortality rate of mice reached 100 % and the average leather time was 1-2 d and the quickest leather time was 26 h. This research provided theoretical basis for taking castor seed as plant rodenticide. |
