年龄差异对家兔CD4+T细胞在胃肠分布的影响

摘    要:为深入了解家兔消化道中CD4+T细胞的组织学定位以及在消化道不同解剖学部位的数量变化,本试验运用免疫组织化学方法,探讨了家兔胃(胃底腺区、幽门腺区)和小肠及大肠不同解剖学部位中的CD4+T细胞定位特点和数量变化规律。结果表明,在胃肠中,CD4+T细胞主要分布于固有层。胃底腺区阳性细胞数目要明显比幽门腺区少。小肠、大肠各段的阳性细胞分布数量未见明显差异,由十二指肠到回肠表现为小幅度递增,由盲肠到直肠表现为小幅度递减。胃肠中CD4+T细胞在各部位的数量随年龄增长表现出先增后减的变化趋势,老年组和幼年组CD4+T细胞数量在大肠中未见明显差异。结果提示,CD4+T细胞在青年家兔胃肠中的分布最为丰富。

Abstract:In order to understand the histological location of CD4+T cells in the digestive tract of rabbits and the changes in the number of CD4+T cells in different anatomical parts of digestive tract,immunohistochemical method was used to explore location characteristics and quantitative changes of CD4+T cells in different anatomical parts of the stomach(gastric fundus gland area and pyloric gland area),small intestine and large intestine of rabbits.The results showed that in the gastrointestinal tract,CD4+T cells were mainly distributed in the lamina propria.The number of positive cells in the fundus gland area was significantly lower than that in the pyloric gland area.There was no significant difference in the number of positive cells between the small intestine and the large intestine.The number of CD4+T cells increased slightly from duodenum to ileum,and decreased from cecum to rectum.The number of CD4+T cells in various parts of the gastrointestinal tract increased first and then decreased with age,and there was no significant difference in the number of CD4+T cells in the large intestine between the elderly group and the juvenile group.The results indicated that CD4+T cells are the most abundant in the gastrointestinal tract of young rabbits.
