重金属Pb2 、Cd2 胁迫对青稞幼苗抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:以青稞幼苗为实验材料,采用水培方式,研究了50mg/L Pb2 、Cd2 胁迫对青稞幼苗相对含水量(RWC)、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸含量、抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果显示,50mg/L Pb2 胁迫下的青稞幼苗叶片相对含水量(RWC)变化不大,丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在胁迫后期有所升高,SOD活性在前期升高比较明显,其后缓慢下降。50mg/L Cd2 胁迫下青稞幼苗叶片RWC明显减少,MDA含量显著增加,脯氨酸含量先急剧升高后下降,POD、CAT活性随着胁迫时间的增加而显著增强,其中CAT活性在胁迫末期稍有下降,SOD活性先明显升高后下降。这些结果表明,50mg/L Pb2 对青稞幼苗的抗氧化能力产生了一定的影响,但其对青稞幼苗的胁迫程度不大,而50mg/L Cd2 胁迫对青稞幼苗造成了严重伤害,说明青稞幼苗在受到相同浓度Pb2 、Cd2 胁迫时,对Pb2 的抵抗能力大于Cd2 。

Abstract:The effects of 50mg/L Pb2 and Cd2 stress on relative water content(RWC), malondialdehyde (MDA), proline contents and activity of antioxidant enzyme in hulless barley seedlings were investigated. The results showed that RWC changed little, MDA and proline contents, peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activity increased, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities increased at first, then decreased slowly in leaves of hulless barley seedlings under 50mg/L Pb2 stress. RWC reduced significantly, MDA content increased significantly, proline content increased significantly at first, then decreased, activities of POD, CAT increased continually, SOD activities increased markedly at first, then decreased in leaves of hulless barley seedlings under 50mg/L Cd 2 stress. These results suggested that stress of 50mg/L Pb2 had a certain degree of effects on antioxidative ability, but stress degree was lesser, and stress of 50mg/L Cd2 leaded to serious damage of hulless barley seedlings, which indicated resistance to Pb2 was larger than resistance to Cd2 in hulless barley seedlings under stress of same concentration Pb2 and Cd2 .
