| 摘 要： | 利用日本单基因鉴别品种,研究云南原有稳定粳稻、籼稻及日本鉴别菌系的致病性,结果表明,稻瘟病菌的致病性变异方向复杂,但也有稳定的菌株存在,日本菌、云南籼稻菌和粳稻菌之间的致病性变也存在一定差异,提出了鉴别品种与菌株致病性的适合性.

| Abstract: | The pathogenicity of 25 isolates from the Japanese standard strains of Pyricularia oryzae.4 isolated from Hsien rice and 6 isolates from Keng rice in Yunnan stored at 10℃ was studied by using Japanese differential varieties.The results indicated that variable direction of pathogenicity of Pyricularia oryzae was complicated,but observed some stable strains.Variability of these three types existed definite difference.We put forward the fitness with differential varieties and pathogenicity. |
