杂交粳稻“榆杂29”苗期光合色素的初步研究

摘    要: 应用分光光度法研究杂交粳稻“榆杂29”苗期的光合色素.结果表明:“榆杂29”在秧田后期具有最高的叶绿素(a+b)含量、最高的类胡萝卜素含量(CK)和最低的叶绿素a/b值,并且利用弱光的能力最强,但株色(含叶色)始终偏淡.文章提出:水稻的叶色可用“叶绿素(a+b)/CK”定量描述.

Abstract:The photosynthesis pigments of Japonica type hybrid rice variety Yuza 29 in seedling stage was studied by spectropotometer.Results indicate that, in the seedling stage,Yuza 29 is with the highest content of chlorophyll (a b) and caroteneid , the lowest ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b;it is with the strongest ability of utilizing the weak light;however the plant colour is always light during the stage.The paper proposes that the colour of rice leaf could be quantified by the ratio of chlorophyll(a b)to carotenoid.
