| Abstract: | Castanea henryi is the famous special product of north Fujian,the hulling problem of C.henryi should be firstly solved in order to develope all kinds of C.henryi intensively processed new products,this project conducts the studies on the hulling productive technology and the influencing factors of hulling rate of C.henryi, a kind of low price and high effect C.henryi huller which is suitable for our national conditions is prepared. |
