云南新烟区与津巴布韦KRK26烟叶化学成分相似性分析

摘    要: 利用对比分析和夹角余弦方法,分上、中、下3个部位对云南26个新烟区和津巴布韦主产烟区KRK26烟叶的常规化学成分和致香物质含量进行了分析。结果表明:在云南新烟区与津巴布韦主产烟区各部分烟叶在总糖等常规烟叶化学成分含量上的差异不大。两个烟区所产烟叶的差异性主要体现在多酚、多元酸和各致香物质的含量上。在常规化学成分上,云南新烟区KRK26烤烟与津巴布韦主产烟区KRK26烤烟总体相似度较高,其中下部烟叶与津巴布韦的相似度最高。在致香物质上,上部烟叶相似度相对较低,中部烟叶相似度最高,下部烟叶相似度居中;其中,施甸、云县、耿马、沧源、双江、镇沅、景谷和弥渡8个县(区)与津巴布韦马龙德拉5号农场中部烟叶夹角余弦达到0.99以上,特别是双江县和镇沅县中部烟叶夹角余弦达到0.998,相似度极高。

Abstract:Routine chemical components and flavor matter in the upper leaves, the middle leaves and the lower leaves of tobacco variety KRK26 from the 26 new tobacco growing areas in Yunnan Province and the main tobacco planting areas in Zimbabwe were analyzed by using comparative analysis and included angle cosine. The results showed that the difference on tobacco leaves from the new tobacco growing areas in Yunnan Province and the main tobacco planting areas in Zimbabwe were mainly caused by the contents of polyphenol, polybasic and flavor matter not the contents of routine chemical components such as total sugar. Total similarity of the content of routine chemical components in tobacco leaves from the new tobacco growing areas in Yunnan Province and the main tobacco planting areas in Zimbabwe was high. And similarity of the content of routine chemical components in the lower leaves from these areas was highest. The similarities of flavor matter in tobacco leaves with different positions from the two kinds of places were different. Similarities in the upper leaves were relatively low, followed by the lower leaves and similarities in the middle leaves were highest. Included angle cosine values of the middle leaves from the No5 farm of Marondera in Zimbabwe and the 8 counties in Yunnan Province such as Shidian, Yunxian, Gengma, Cangyuan, Shuangjiang, Zhenyuan, Jinggu and Midu were more than 0.99, especially the included angle cosine values of the middle leaves from Shuangjiang and Zhenyuan and the No5 farm of Marondera in Zimbabwe were more than 0.998. The similarities of flavor matter in the middle tobacco leaves from these two areas and the No.5 farm of Marondera in Zimbabwe were very high
