喷施硒、锌肥对不同品种春小麦产量及硒吸收积累特性的影响

摘    要:目的]优选青海省富硒区对硒素吸收积累能力较强的春小麦品种.方法]经验采用裂区设计,设6个处理,1:品种青春38,不施肥;2:青春38,喷施Zn肥;3:青春38,喷施Se肥;4:品种阿波,不施肥;5:阿波,喷施Zn肥;6:阿波,喷施Se肥,Zn肥用量为210 g/ha(Zn),Se肥用量为3626 mg/ha(Sc),研究硒锌肥外源性喷施对品种青春38、阿波春小麦产量及硒吸收积累特性的影响.结果]与对照比较,青春38喷施Zn肥处理产量的增幅最高,为21.66%,其次为品种阿波喷Se肥处理,增幅为20.19%;施用Zn肥处理,青春38籽粒的Se浓度增幅为50.70%,阿波增幅为61.73%;施用Se肥处理品种青春38籽粒的Se浓度增幅为81.69%,品种阿波增幅为90.12%.相同肥源处理下阿波籽粒中Se吸收累积量均高于青春38.收获后不同器官中Se浓度大小为:根>叶>籽粒>茎,Se吸收累积量大小为:籽粒>茎>叶>根.结论]施用Se肥和Zn肥均可促进不用品种春小麦产量的提高,品种阿波对Se吸收累积能力高于青春38,可在青海富硒地区推广种植.

Abstract:【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to select elite spring wheat varieties with strong ability of selenium absorption and accumulation in selenium-enriched area of Qinghai Province. 【Method】Field experiment was carried out with split plot design for six treatments viz., application of Zn fertilizer rate of 210 g/ha, selenium (Se) fertilizer rate of 3626 mg/ha and no fertilizer (control) on two spring wheat cultivars Qingchun 38 and Abo, respectively. The effects of spraying Se and Zn fertilizer on yield, Se absorption and accumulation characteristics of two spring wheat cultivars were studied. 【Result】Compared with control, the yield of Qingchun 38 increased by 21.66%, ranked the first by spraying Zn fertilizer, followed by Abo spraying Se fertilizer, with the increment of 20.19%. For the treatments spraying Zn fertilizer, Se concentration in grain of Qingchun 38 increased by 50.70%, and that of Abo increased by 61.73%. For the treatments spraying Se fertilizer, Se concentration in grain of Qingchun 38 soared by 81.69% and that of Abo soared by 90.12%. Se absorption and accumulation in grain of Abo were both higher than those of Qingchun 38 under the same fertilizer treatments. Se concentrations in different organs after harvest followed the trend:root > leaf > grain > stem. Se absorption and accumulation followed the trend: grain > stem > leaf > root. 【Conclusion】Spraying Zn fertilizer and Se fertilizer could boost the yields of various spring wheat varieties. Abo, spring wheat showed better absorption and accumulation ability than Qingchun 38, which was desirable for extension in selenium-enriched area of Qinghai Province.
