稻粒黑粉病株的空间分布及其抽样研究

摘    要:本文采用了五种聚集度指数(I、c、I、M和M/M)和Iwao、Taylor的方法研究了稻粒黑粉病在田间的空间分布型。研究结果表明,稻粒黑粉病株在田间分布的基本成份是聚集的(α>0),具有成团性,但聚集程度不高(α较小),而在聚群内分布是均匀的(β<1)。聚群平均大小为0.1~0.15米~2。据空间分布信息,用平行线法抽取10样方(5丛样方),用于黑粉病的调查,其精确度高达90%以上。依x=18.9137P~(3.628)关系可由病丛率估计病株密度。

Abstract:Five aggregation indices and the methods of Iwao and Tayler were used in the study of spatial distribution patterns of the grain smut of rice. All the indices indicated that the distribution of the diseased plants was in the aggregation pattern ,but its degree was low. Distribution of the colonies was aggregated and intra—colony distribution was uniform. The size of the colonies was about 0.1——0.15m~2. Based on the information of spatial distribution of the grain smut of rice in the fields, a practicable sampling method,parallel line,was put forward,and statistical examination showed that 10 quadred sampling (50 hole plants)in a field would be accurate enough. using the equations =18.91317P_s~(3.628),the mean density of the diseased plants could be estimated by diseased hill rate.
