应用喷焊技术修复制糖机榨辊的研究

摘    要:通过对制糖机压榨辊失效原因和磨损规律的研究,提出表面处理方法。优选复合合金粉末,添加碳化钨,采用改进的喷焊工艺方法对制糖压榨辊齿纹表面进行修复和强化。通过室内试验和中间生产试验,实测涂层磨损率为0.35mm/万吨蔗,耐磨性是管状 WC 推焊的2倍。

Abstract:The failure reason and the wear rule of the squeezing rollersin sugar- refining maching being investigated in this paper,a method to treat the surface was given.The complex allog powder,added with granulated WC, being optimized,an improved spraging technique was adopted to restore and strengthen the tooth surface of the squeezing rollers in sugar-refining mac- hines.The indoor test and the intermediate test in production process has been carried out,with a result that the specific wearabilety of the coating was 0.35 mm per ten thousand tons of cane,the wearability being about two times as much as that of the pile-up welding tubuler WC.The economic beneficial result is remarkable and this technique is worth popularizing and applying.
