人参VA菌根真菌双重培养体系的建立

摘    要:研究了以人参VA菌根真菌地球囊霉(Glomus geosporum)的孢子及附着有外生菌丝的人参小根段为繁殖体,以转Ri T-DNA胡萝卜发状根为携带VA菌的成体,建立人参VA菌的双重培养体系。结果表明:采用此种方法建立人参VA菌根真菌双重培养体系是可行的。

Abstract:Mycorrhizal roots of ginseng with extracelluar hyphae and spores of Glomus geosporum isolated from rhizosphere soil of ginseng were used as propagule, and transformed Ri T-DNA carrot roots were used as vector of VA mycorrhiza fungi (VAMF) .Dual cultural system for VAMF was founded on MSR media. Some morphological characteristics, such as infection and extracellular Hyphae were observed. Mycorrhizal roots with extracellular hyphae showed higher infection potentiality. The results showed that it was viable to found dual culture system of ginseng VA mycorrhiza fungi via this method.
