| 摘 要： | 文章采用问卷调查、数据统计等方法,对部分中职学生进行研究,找出影响中职学生在体育课学习中"厌学"的原因,采取一些有效的教学措施,来提高她们对体育课学习的积极性和主动性,发展学生的心理机能与自我控制能力,排除情绪障碍。
