| 摘 要： | 农民工作为具有鲜明特征的独特社会阶层,与城市户籍居民一起构成了城市新二元社会结构。新二元社会结构增加社会的不和谐因素,阻滞和谐社会的顺利构建,加大和谐社会的构建成本。破解新二元社会结构的现实途径是通过尽快淡化农民工身份特征,尽快"分化瓦解"农民工群体,积极推动农民工融入其他社会阶层。这一进程分为融入障碍消除阶段、融入机制完善阶段和融入文化培育阶段。

| Abstract: | As a unique social class with distinctive characteristics,peasant workers constitute the new dual society structure of the city together with urban residents.The new dual society structure increases social disharmonious factors,blocks the construction of harmonious society,and enlarges the costs of the harmonious society construction.The realistic way to break the new dual society structure is to actively promote peasant workers to integrate into other sectors of the society by means of diluting the identity characteristics of peasant workers and disintegrating the group of peasant workers as soon as possible.This process is divided into three stages,including eliminating integration barriers,perfecting the integration mechanism and developing the integration culture. |
