条斑紫菜中无机砷含量及海区环境痕量砷的分析

摘    要:通过分析我国条斑紫菜主产区紫菜产品中无机砷、栽培海区海水、沉积物中总砷含量在整个生产周期中的变化情况,初步探讨栽培海区环境中砷含量与条斑紫菜中砷含量的关系。于2012-2013年紫菜栽培季节,按实际生产的采收批次,分别采收条斑紫菜原藻、加工品,对样品中的无机砷含量进行测定与分析,并对栽培海区的海水及表层沉积物中总砷进行定量检测与分析。结果显示,江苏省条斑紫菜原藻样品中无机砷含量为0.22~0.70mg/kg,加工品中无机砷含量为0.12~0.32 mg/kg,原藻及加工品中的无机砷含量随生产阶段的推后呈下降趋势,完全符合国家食品安全限量标准;栽培海区海水总砷含量为0.000 83~0.004 91mg/L,在整个生产周期都低于国家养殖用水水质标准对砷的限量要求,栽培海区海水中的总砷与当地紫菜产品中的无机砷之间总体呈正相关关系;表层沉积物中总砷含量范围为15.435~58.900μg/g,与条斑紫菜中无机砷含量没有明显的相关性。

Abstract:Objective: Investigation of inorganic arsenic content of Pyropia yezoensis products in China and comparing with the national limit standards, preliminary study on relations between total arsenic in culture area and the inorganic arsenic in its products. Methods: In 2012-2013, original samples and processed products of alga Pyropia yezoensis were collected from Jiangsu province based on different productive collecting times;the inorganic arsenic content of each sample was determined. Total arsenic in surface sediments and seawater from the culture areas were also conducted through quantitative measurements. Results: Contents of inorganic arsenic in processed products range: 0.12 mg/kg-0.32 mg/kg; original laver samples range: 0.22 mg/kg-0.70 mg/kg; Contents of total arsenic in sea water samples range: 0.00083mg/L-0.00491mg/L. Mass fraction of total arsenic in sediments range:15.43526 ug/g -58.90002 ug/g. Conclusion: Contents of inorganic arsenic in original alga measure up to the national quality standards; Total arsenic contents in sea water samples meet the quality standard of cultivate water; Total arsenic in surface sediment varies over time, the contents of different sampling locations have certain amount of fluctuation.
