| 摘 要： | 为了改善类维生素A酸的疗效,利用两分子类维生素A酸与一分子二溴甲烷偶联,设计合成了具有结构对称性的4种类维生素A酸甲叉二酯,即全反式维A酸甲叉二酯、异维A酸甲叉二酯、阿维A酸甲叉二酯、阿达帕林甲叉二酯,并以1H NMR,MS对它们进行了结构确证.
