摘    要:“农产品生物化学”课程依据工作岗位要求,以生产实际为任务导向,以相关职业资格标准基本工作要求为依据,建立微课程、依托优慕课平台,通过情境引导下达任务,让学生按照计划、实施、检查、反馈的完整工作过程分阶段完成学习任务,促使学生自主学习;以小组为单位实施任务,分工协作、共同研讨、合作探索。采用“理论+实践”考核评价体系,实现翻转课堂教育模式,提高高职学生职业素养。

Abstract:Based on the job requirements,the production practice oriented task and the basic work requirements of the relevant vocational qualification standards,this paper established a micro course,relies on the platform of youmu course,and issued tasks through situational guidance,so that students could complete the learning tasks in stages according to the complete working process of planning,implementation,inspection and feedback,and promote students to main learning:implement tasks in groups,work together,discuss together and explore cooperatively.Using“theory+practice”assessment and evaluation system,realized the flipped classroom education mode,and improved the vocational quality of higher vocational students.
