摘    要:植物内切β-1,4-葡聚糖酶基因在植物生长发育过程中扮演重要角色。近年来,随着分子生物学的不断发展,对其研究也取得了重要进展。综述了植物内切β-1,4-葡聚糖酶基因的克隆、功能、表达调控以及编码蛋白质的结构、底物等方面的研究进展,可为进一步阐明该基因对植物生长发育的影响提供依据。

Abstract:Plant endo-β-1,4-glucanase genes play an important role in plant growth and development. Recently, with continuousdevelopment in molecular biology, significant progress has been obtained in studies on plant endo-β-1,4-glucanase genes. Thepaper reviews in detail the cloning, functions, expression regulation of plant endo-β-1,4-glucanase genes and the structures, substrates of the encoded proteins, which is useful for understanding its effect on plant development.
