摘    要:以干旱区绿洲土壤和油菜为供试对象,通过Cd-Zn和Cd-Pb-Zn胁迫下的盆栽试验研究了Cd-Zn污染绿洲土壤条件下Pb的介入对油菜生长及吸收和迁移Cd、Zn的影响。结果表明,Pb的介入促进了油菜茎叶的生长,在较低水平(Cd≤1.8mg·kg-1、Zn≤300mg·kg-1)时促进了根系的生长,而在较高水平(Cd>1.98mg·kg-1、Zn>300mg·kg-1)时则抑制了根系的生长;Pb的介入促进了油菜对Cd、Zn的吸收,但并未影响油菜对Cd、Zn吸收的变化趋势;Pb的介入促进了油菜对Cd、Zn的富集,却抑制了对Cd、Zn的迁移。

Abstract:Soil samples and rapes samples were collected from the arid oasis region and used as research objects.Pot experiments of Cd-Zn and Cd-Zn-Pb were conducted to study laws of the growth,uptake and transferring of rapes' roots and shoots to Cd/Zn Stress as added Pb in arid oasis soil.The results showed the growth of rape shoots was promoted while Pb was added,and rapes' roots growth were firstly promoted at low treatment level(Cd≤1.8 mg/kg,Zn≤300 mg/kg) and then inhibited at high treatment level(Cd>1.8 mg/kg、Zn>300 mg/kg).Owing to added Pb,the uptake of Cd and Zn become more easily,but the trends that both Cd and Zn were absorbed was not influenced.The accumulation of Cd and Zn from soils to roots was promoted,but the transferring of Cd and Zn from roots to shoots was inhibited to a certain extent as Pb was added.
