摘    要:通过营养液培养实试,研究了水分胁迫下外源精胺(Spm)对抗旱性不同的小麦品种蛋白酶及RNase活性的影响。研究表明,水分胁迫下,小麦叶片的蛋白酶、RNase活性上升,可溶性蛋白和非水溶性蛋白RNA含量下降;抗旱性强的品种酶活性上升的幅度小于干旱敏感的品种,而蛋白质与核酸含量下降的幅度也小于干旱敏感的品种;外源精胺处理,减缓酶活性上升,蛋白质和核酸含量下降的幅度变小,且外源Spm对干旱敏感的品种缓解水分胁迫的作用大于抗旱性强的品种。

Abstract:The Proteinase and RNase activities in wheat leaves of both drought-resistant.(Changwu 131). and drought-sensitive (zhengyin 1) variety increased during water stress, which content of soluble protein, insoluble protein and RNA decreased. The increment in prroteinase and RNase activity and.the decrement in Protein and RNA content in the drought-resistant variety were lower than in the drought-sensitive one. Treatment with exogenous spermine could delay the increase in enzyme activity and the decrease in protein and RNA content, and treatment with exogenous spermine could retard drought-sensitive variety senescence better than drought-resistant one under water stress.
