基因芯片技术的应用现状及展望

摘    要:基因芯片技术是20世纪90年代中期发展起来的一项尖端技术,已经成为生命科学及医学界的研究热点之一。作者阐述了基因芯片的基本概念,简述了其主要分类及其在分子生物学、兽医临床中的应用及基因芯片的制备过程,并对其发展前景作了预测及展望。
