| 摘 要： | 依据基因累加和亲本性状互补原理,通过复合杂交创造出早熟、高产、优质棉花新种质邯4104,再利用高产、优质、抗虫的邯郸109进行抗虫Bt基因转育,经系统选择,培育出优质、高产、早熟不早衰、抗棉铃虫的棉花新品种邯棉559。该品种适宜在黄河流域棉区春播种植。

| Abstract: | According to the principles of gene accumulation and complementation of characters,Han 4104 with early maturity,high yield and high quality was bred by multiple cross.Bt gene was transferred into Handan 109 with high yield,high quality and insect resistance.Then a new variety Hanmian 559 was developed by hybrid method with Han 4104（female parent）and Handan 109（male parent）,which had the characteristics of high quality,high yield,early maturity without premature senility and insect resistance.It was suitable for sewing in spring in the Yellow River area. |
