玉米秸秆应用瘤胃微生物体外降解试验研究

摘    要:利用瘤胃微生物体外厌氧降解转化秸秆,结果发现:玉米秸秆经瘤胃微生物降解后挥发性固体的转化效率达61.5%~70.3%,总挥发性脂肪酸浓度随底物浓度的增加而增加,随温度的增加则有轻微的下降,每克降解的挥发性固体产挥发性脂肪酸0.38~0.51 g。

Abstract:Anaerobic digestion of corn straw in vitro by rumen micrograms was investigated.The results showed that the anaerobic conversion efficiency of volatile solids ranged from 61.5% to 70.3%,the concentration of total volatile fatty acids increased with substrate concentration and slightly decreased with increasing temperature,and the volatile fatty acids production efficiency of per gram volatile solid was from 0.38 g to 0.51 g.
