| Abstract: | The clear division of grassland property right, intensive management, industrialization of animal husbandry, advanced combination of agriculture and animal husbandry and integrated administration of soical economy were suggested to play the important role in the sustainable utilization of grassland by analyzing the relatively economic and historical factors. |
