玉米S-腺苷甲硫氨酸合成酶基因(SAMS)逆境胁迫下的表达分析

摘    要:玉米是对干旱、低温、高温等逆境较为敏感的重要禾谷类作物,发掘玉米逆境相关基因及对逆境信号途径研究具有重要学术意义与应用价值。S-腺苷甲硫氨酸合成酶(S-adenosyl-L-metnionine synthetase,SAMS)是植物代谢中一个关键酶,催化合成腺苷甲硫氨酸(SAM)。试验在前期克隆玉米SAMS基因基础上,顺式元件分析发现SAMS启动子区域存在ABA(ABRE)、干旱(MBS)、逆境应答(TC-rich repeats)等顺式作用元件;荧光实时定量PCR表达分析发现干旱、高盐、ABA处理下基因表达量上调,在低温、高温处理下基因表达量变化不大。结果表明:玉米S-腺苷甲硫氨酸合成酶基因响应植物逆境应答,为SAMS基因参与植物逆境信号通路及其功能研究提供理论依据。
