| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了应用反向间接血凝试验鉴定棉蚜的捕食性天敌,这种方法只需要少量试剂和简单的仪器并适于快速鉴定。用此法对武汉地区棉田中采集的25种共计1247头捕食者进行了测试,其中4种瓢虫、2种草蛉、1种食蚜蝇、2种食虫蝽和5种蜘蛛鉴定为棉蚜的捕食者,根据测试的数量分别计算出它们的阳性反应率。试验中发现滤纸片上颜色的变化与天敌是否捕食棉蚜有关,凡是滤纸片上有绿颜色,反向间接血凝试验测定结果为阳性反应。

| Abstract: | In this paper,an attempt to use the reverse passive haemagglutina-tion assay (RPHA) to identify the predators of cotton aphid Aphis go-ssypii Glover was described.Only a few reagents and simple apparatuswere required in the test,and it would be available for rapid test.Atotal of 1247 specimens belonging to 25 species of predators collectedfrom cotton field in Wuhan district were tested by this method.Amongthese,four species of lady beetles,two of lace wings,one of syrphids,two of predacious bugs,and five of spiders were indicated as the pre-dators of aphid,and their positive reaction rate were estimated. It was found that the colours of predator samples smeared on filterpapers can be used roughly to determine whether or not the predatorpreyed on cotton aphid.The positive reaction of RPHA was alwaysassociated with the filter papers smeared with green body fluid of thepredators. |
