| 摘 要： | 目的]研究溶剂浸提法提取杜仲翅果中桃叶珊瑚甙的最佳工艺条件,为杜仲翅果资源的综合开发利用提供参考。方法]以杜仲翅果为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验确定了乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间及液料比等因素的较佳工艺条件。结果]在试验范围内,各因素对杜仲翅果中桃叶珊瑚甙提取效果影响大小依次为提取温度〉乙醇浓度〉处理时间〉液料比,较佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度80%,提取温度80℃,提取时间30 min,液料比20 ml/g,在该条件下提取一次桃叶珊瑚甙提取率5.41%。结论]溶剂浸提法能够较好地提取杜仲翅果桃叶珊瑚甙,设备要求简单,投入较低,易于操作。 |
