火炬松与湿地松染色体的荧光带型

摘    要:文章利用CMA和DAPI两种荧光染料,处理火炬松和湿地松染色体。结果表明:火炬松染色体CMA荧光带型是2对染色体为着丝粒区和臂间区均有荧光带纹的中间着丝粒染色体;4对染色体为臂间区有荧光带纹的中间着丝粒染色体;2对染色体为着丝粒区有荧光带纹的中间着丝粒染色体;4对染色体为无荧光带纹的中间或近中着丝粒染色体。

Abstract:Root-tip metaphase chromosome of Pinus taeda and P. elliottii were sequentially stained with CMAand DAPI respectively. P. taeda have two pairs of metacentric chromosome with two CMA-bands atproximal and interstitial regions (type A); four pairs of metacentric chromosome with interstitial CMA-band (type B); two pairs of metacentric chromosome with proximal CMA-band (type C); four pairs ofmetacentric or submetacentric chromosome without CMA-band (type D). But P. elliottii had 1, 5, 1 and5 pairs of chromosome with type A. type B, type C and type D respectively. Besides some bandscontrary to the CMA-banding, there were some thin DAPI banding in these two species of genus Pinus.At last.the authors thought that the relationship between these two of genus Pinus and the pines ofSubsect. Sylvestris was farther by fluorescent banding pattern.
