摘    要:为促进贵州地宝兰的组织培养快繁及工厂化育苗技术的商业推广,以野生贵州地宝兰优良种子苗的侧芽为材料,研究不同基本培养基组合、不同植物生长调节剂对贵州地宝兰侧芽生长及生根的影响。试验结果表明,最适宜贵州地宝兰侧芽生根的基本培养基是N6,其次是B5。最适生根的生长调节剂组合是2mg/LBA+2mg/LNAA,培养周期为100d。

Study on tissue culture technology of Geodorum eulophioides Schltr

Abstract:In order to promote the commercial application of tissue culture procedure and the industrialized breeding technology, by using the lateral buds from the good seeding of Geodorum eulophioides Schltr as materials, the effects of different basal matrixes and plant growth regulators on lateral bud growth and rooting were studied. The results show that the optimal basal matrix was N6, the second was B5. The suitable combination of plant growth regulators for rooting was 2.0 mg/L BA + 2.0 mg/L NAA, and the culture cycle was 100 days.
