| 摘 要： | 本研究进行了16种杀菌剂对番茄早疫病病原菌的室内毒力测定,旨为田间药剂防治提供理论依据。结果表明:百菌清、多菌灵、甲基硫菌灵、醚菌酯对早疫病菌的抑菌作用较差,其有效成分EC50分别高达19922.166μg.mL-1、14874.246μg.mL-1、14556.324μg.mL-1、12179.057μg.mL-1;甲硫异菌脲、腐霉利、苯醚甲环唑、斑蝥素抑菌作用较好,其有效成分EC50仅为1.551μg.mL-1、1.356μg.mL-1、0.577μg.mL-1、0.099μg.mL-1。

| Abstract: | The toxicities of total sixteen kinds of fungicides on tomato early blight pathogen were determined in the lab. The purpose of this study was to provide a theoretical basis for field chemical control. The results showed that： Chlorothalonil, Carbendazim, Thio- phanate-methyl and Kresoxim-methyl had worse antimicrobial effect on the pathogen of tomato early blight, with ECho up to 19 922.166 μg.mL-1, 14 874.246 μg.mL-1, 14 556.324 μg.mL-1 and 12 179.057 μg.mL-l, respectively. Methylthio iprodione, Procymi- done, Difenoconazole and Cantharidin had better antimicrobial effect than others, with ECso being only 1.551 μg.mL-1, 1.356 μg.mL-1, 0.577 μg.mL-1 and 0.099 μg.mL-1, respectively. |
