| 摘 要： | 作为种植业与畜牧业中间重要产业之一的饲料企业的发展已经较为成熟,近年来,随着市场环境等因素的变化,饲料企业必须对未来的发展谋求更大的突破,因此也对饲料企业管理等提出了更高的要求。供应链管理是在现代生产经营方式的基础上发展起来的一种更加科学的管理方式,整合资源、优化流程,进而提升企业竞争力。饲料企业应积极更新管理理念,切实将供应链管理落实到企业战略中,提升信息化建设水平,整合供应链资源,优化流程,提高饲料企业未来发展的竞争力。

| Abstract: | As one of the important industries between planting and animal husbandry,the development of feed companies has been relatively mature.In recent years,with the changes in market environment and other factors,feed companies must seek greater breakthroughs in future development.The management and so on put forward higher requirements.Supply chain management is a more scientific management method developed on the basis of modern production and operation methods,integrating resources and optimizing processes,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Feed companies should actively update their management concepts,effectively implement supply chain management into their corporate strategies,improve the level of information construction,integrate supply chain resources,optimize processes,and improve the competitiveness of feed companies in the future. |
