摘    要:通过对全要素生产率的测算和收敛性分析,了解西北地区家庭林业配置效率、时空差异及发展趋势,为推动西北地区家庭林业全要素生产率增长,加快林业经济发展方式转变和制定林业可持续发展的相关政策提供科学依据和理论支撑。选用DEA-Malmquist模型和收敛性分析法,就西北地区家庭林业全要素生产率增长情况、时空差异及是否存在收敛做出评估。结果表明:1)从整体上看,2011-2017年西北地区家庭林业全要素生产率年均增长11.6%,其中技术进步(31.9%)是西北地区家庭林业全要素生产率增长的动力源泉;2)从变化趋势上看,2011-2017年西北地区家庭林业全要素生产率呈现明显的波动特征;3)从区域来看,2011-2017年各地区家庭林业全要素生产率呈现较大差异性;4)从收敛性上看,2011-2017年各地区家庭林业全要素生产率差距正逐步缩小,存在收敛趋势。因此,文中研究认为促进林业技术进步、优化林业资源配置和因地制宜发展林业是提升西北地区家庭林业全要素生产率、缩小地区差距的有效途径。

Abstract:Through the calculation and convergence analysis of total factor productivity,we can understand the efficiency,temporal and spatial differences and development trends of family forestry allocation in Northwest China,so as to provide scientific basis and theoretical support for promoting the growth of total factor productivity of family forestry in Northwest China,accelerating the transformation of forestry economic development mode and formulating relevant policies for sustainable development of forestry.In this study,the DEA-Malmquist model and convergence analysis method were used to evaluate the growth,the temporal and spatial differences in total factor productivity of family forestry in Northwest China,and whether there is convergence.Results show:①From an overall perspective,the total factor productivity of family forestry in Northwest China increased by 11.6%annually from 2011 to 2017,of which technological progress(31.9%)was the driving force for the growth of family forestry total factor productivity in Northwest China.②From the perspective of change trend,the TFP of family forestry in Northwest China showed obvious fluctuation characteristics.③From the perspective of regions,the total factor productivity of family forestry in various regions showed great differences in 2011-2017.④In the perspective of convergence from 2011 to 2017,the gap in total factor productivity of family forestry in various regions was gradually narrowing,and there was a trend of convergence.It is concluded that promoting the advancement of forestry technology,optimizing the allocation of forest resources and developing forestry in accordance with local conditions are effective ways to improve the total factor productivity of family forestry in Northwest China and narrow the regional gap.
