| 摘 要： | 在建设生态林业民生林业的新形势下，要准确把握国有林区的变化，认清资源培育和管护上的误区和矛盾。与林区群众建立联动机制。加强与群众的沟通和交流，协调林区经济、生态和社会的关系，使群众经济收入增加，使森林资源得到保护，进而使人与自然的关系更加和谐统一。

| Abstract: | Under the new situation of ecological forestry and Minsheng forestry construction, state-owned forest should grasp the change of the forest area accurately, identify the pitfalls and contradiction between resource cultivation and management, and then establish the linkage mechanism with forest region masses. Through the measures of exchanges and communication with masses, and coordinate the relationship between forest region economic, ecological and social, the economic income will increase, the forest resources will be protected, then the relationship between human and nature is more harmonious. |
