粳型水稻光温敏核不育系配合力及遗传力研究

摘    要:选用 6个粳型光敏核不育 ,7个粳型父本 ,按NCⅡ设计 ,共配 42个组合 ,对亲本的一般配合力及杂种的特殊配合力、各性状的遗传力进行了研究 ,结果如下 :( 1)筛选了 4个优良的两系亲本材料 ,不育系中 2个是 2 9130S、35 0 2S ,父本中 2个是416 78和mp40 2。 ( 2 )在本研究中各性状的加性效应均大于非加性效应 ,因此在粳杂亲本选配上要注重选亲本优点多 ,缺点少 ,以期有利基因累加。 ( 3)粳杂中广义遗传力较高的有株高 ,穗长 ,着粒密度 ,千粒重 ,播始历期 ,达 88.0 %~ 92 .1%。狭义遗传力高有株高 ( 84.5 % )、穗长 ( 85 .0 % ) ,还有着粒密度、生育期、穗粒数等也都在 70 %以上 ,这些性状早代选择有效。文中还就两系杂交粳稻育种等有关问题进行了讨论

Abstract:Using Noth Carolina Design Ⅱ(NC Ⅱ), 42 F 1 were attempted from 6 japonica PGMS lines and 7 Japonica parents. The parent's GCA and combinations' SCA,heritability and compatibility were investigated. The main result was as follow:4 good combinations were selected in Japonica hybrid rice. They were 29130S and 3502S as male sterile lines and 41678 and mp 402 as male parents.GCA action is more important than SCA action in 10 traits. In two-line japonica hybrid rice breeding, parent with a lot of good traits should be selected so that advantageous gene could be added up in F 1.Traits with higher wide heritability in japonica groups were plant height, panicle length, panicle density, 1000-grain weight and growth duration, accounting to 88.1%-92.1%. Traits with higher narrow heritability were plant height, panicle length, panicle density, growth duration and number of grain per panicle, accounting to over 70%. Those traits can be effectively selected in early generation. Some problems in two-line method of hybrid rice breeding had been discussed in the paper.
