摘    要:西花蓟马(Frankliniella occidentalis Pergande)是国际上备受关注的检疫性有害生物,近年来该虫分布范围不断扩大,对农作物、园林园艺植物的危害日趋加重。本文对检测和鉴定西花蓟马的形态鉴定法、PCR法和芯片检测法进行了比较和分析。随着检测技术的发展及研究趋势,基因芯片检测法将是未来检测的新手段。在此基础上提出了主要采取生物防治结合农业防治,在种群数量未达到经济阈值时最好不使用杀虫剂的防治策略,降低杀虫剂对西花蓟马的选择压,从而达到科学治理的目的。

Abstract:Frankliniella occidentalis Pergande is one of the main concerned quarantine pest in the world.Its damage to field crops and garden plants is increasingly severe with its wide distribution.Three methods for the detection and identification of Frankliniella occidentalis,including morphological identification,PCR detection,and gene chip detection,were compared in this paper.With the development of detecting techniques and research trend,gene chip detection might be the desirable method in the future.In addition,the more scientific control strategies were put forward that the biological control combined with agricultural control should be adopted and the pesticides should’t be used as possible before the population arriving at the economic threshold to reduce the selection pressure.
