水稻抽穗期基因上位性互作分析

摘    要:抽穗期是水稻最重要的农艺性状之一,决定着水稻生长的地域适应性和季节适应性。本试验利用具有相同遗传背景的华粳籼74的3个单片段代换系来研究水稻抽穗期。通过抽穗期鉴定,W23-03-08-9-1带有基因qHD3-1,W4-47-68-5-4-5与W12-28-58-03-19-2分别带有基因qHd6-1W12、qHd6-1W4。以分子标记辅助选择,单片段代换系W23-03-08-9-1分别与W4-47-68-5-4-5、W12-28-58-03-19-2聚合,筛选出纯和双基因聚合系,并分析qHD3-1与qHd6-1W12、qHd6-1W4间上位性互作。结果显示,来源于第3染色体的单片段代换系W23-03-08-9-1的基因qHD3-1对来源于第6染色体的代换片段W4-47-68-5-4-5与W12-28-58-03-19-2上的基因qHd6-1W12、qHd6-1W4显上位。

Abstract:Heading date is one of the important agronomic traits in rice,and decides its adaptation to diverse cultivation areas and cropping seasons.In this study,three single segment substitution lines with the same genetic background of Huajingxian 74 were used to evaluate the rice heading date.The results showed that the gene qHD3-1 on SSSL W23-03-08-9-1 was located on chromosome 3,while qHd6-1W12 on W4-47-68-5-4-5 and qHd6-1W4 on W12-28-58-03-19-2 were located on chromosome 6.By marker-assisted selection,the pure genic pyramiding lines were selected from the crosses of W23-03-08-9-1 with W4-47-68-5-4-5 and W12-28-58-03-19-2 respectively,and then the epistatic interactions of the three genes were analyzed.The results showed that qHD3-1 was epistatic to qHd6-1W12 and qHd6-1W4.
