| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西兽药在猪大肠杆菌病防治中的应用效果。方法:选取60头健康仔猪,随机分为三组,各组20头,分别设定为中西结合组(苦参止痢颗粒和硫酸庆大霉素)、复方中草药组(苦参止痢颗粒)、抗生素组(硫酸庆大霉素),给予相应的药物干预,观察用药7 d后三组患猪粪便的大肠杆菌数变化、猪肠道病理变化以及临床治疗效果。结果:中西结合组干预后大肠杆菌数显著低于复方中草药组、抗生素组(P<0.05);中西结合组治疗7 d后肠道病理变化有了明显改善,而复方中草药组、抗生素组肠道仍然存在一定的病变特征;中西结合组治疗的总有效率高于复方中草药组、抗生素组(P<0.05)。结论:中西兽药结合用药可较好地实现对猪大肠杆菌病的治疗,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the application effect of chinese and western medicine in the prevention and treatment of swine colibacillosis. Methods:60 healthy piglets were randomly divided into three groups. 20 heads in each group were divided into chinese and western combined group(Kushen Zhili granule and gentamycin sulfate), compound chinese herbal medicine group(Kushen Zhili granule), antibiotic group(gentamycin sulfate), and corresponding drug intervention was used to observe the changes of Escherichia coli and pathological changes of pig intestines in three groups of sick pig feces after 7 d treatment. And the clinical effect. Results:After intervention, the number of E. coli in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the compound chinese herbal medicine group and antibiotic group(P<0.05);the intestinal pathological changes in the combined group were significantly improved after 7 days of treatment, while the intestinal pathological changes in the combined chinese herbal medicine group and antibiotic group still existed certain pathological characteristics;the total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the compound chinese herbal medicine group and antibiotic group(P <0.05). Conclusion:The combination of chinese and western medicine can better achieve the treatment of swine colibacillosis, and is worthy of promotion. |
