| 摘 要： | 在分析我国广大农村＂空心村＂现象形成原因的基础上,探讨解决这一问题的根本办法。应该从加强土地法律法规宣传力度;各级政府加强监管;大力培养年轻有为村干部;因地制宜开发利用闲置土地;建立农村土地利用和宅基地内部流转有效机制等方面治理＂空心村＂,以达到合理有效利用农村土地资源的目的。
