| 摘 要： | 采用盆栽试验研究了牛粪蚯蚓堆肥对芫荽生长、营养品质和抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明,在土壤中添加蚯蚓堆肥可以显著促进芫荽的生长。随着蚯蚓堆肥比例的增加,芫荽中叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素、抗氧化物质类黄酮、总酚和维生素C以及游离氨基酸含量均显著提高;同时表征抗氧化能力的二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH.)和羟基自由基(.OH)的清除能力均有不同程度的提高。与对照相比,75%蚯蚓堆肥处理的芫荽各项指标提高最为显著,完全用蚯蚓堆肥栽培的芫荽各项指标比75%蚯蚓堆肥有所下降,但仍然比对照高。表明在一定范围内提高蚯蚓粪的比例对提高芫荽的产量和改善品质具有重要的作用。

Effects of Cow Manure Vermicompost on Growth and Quality of Coriander |

| Abstract: | The pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of cow manure vermicompost on growth,nutrient quality and antioxidant capacity of coriander.The results indicated that vermicompost could significantly promote the growth of coriander.With the increase of vermicompost application ratio,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoid,the antioxidant substances including flavonoids,total phenolics,Vitamin C and free amino acid were significantly enhanced;and DPPH· and ·OH scavenging activities were also increased at different levels.Among the treatments,75% vermicompost had the best effects.Compared with 75% vermicompost,plant growth and some nutrient contents slightly decreased with full vermicompost,which was still better than control.The results indicated that increasing vermicompost ratio to some extent could improve the yield and quality of coriander. |
