| 摘 要： | 为研究高锰酸钾、亚甲基蓝和硫酸铜对鹤顶红金鱼幼鱼的急性毒性作用,选择体长为(1.70±0.03)cm,平均体重为(0.29±0.02)g的鹤顶红金鱼幼鱼作为试验对象,随机分为6组,设置5个试验组和一个空白对照。在常温静水的条件下,96h内观察鱼体状态,记录死亡数。结果发现,高锰酸钾、亚甲基蓝和硫酸铜在96 h的条件下对鹤顶红金鱼幼鱼的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为4.11 mg/L、35.11 mg/L、2.81 mg/L。三种药物对鹤顶红金鱼幼鱼的安全质量浓度分别为0.41mg/L、3.51 mg/L、0.28 mg/L。可见,适当浓度的高锰酸钾、亚甲基蓝和硫酸铜均可以在鹤顶红金鱼幼鱼中安全使用。

Study on the Acute Toxicity of Three Commonly Used Drugs to Juvenile White Oranda with Red Cap |

| Abstract: | In order to study the acute toxicity of potassium permanganate, methylene blue, and copper sulfate on Juvenile White Oranda with Red Cap, Juvenile White Oranda with Red Cap with a body length of (1.70 ± 0.03) cm and an average body weight of (0.29 ± 0.02) g were selected as experimental subjects. They were randomly divided into 6 groups, with 5 experimental groups and a blank control. Observe the status of the fish body and record the number of deaths within 96 hours under normal temperature and still water conditions. The results showed that the half lethal concentrations (LC50) of potassium permanganate, methylene blue, and copper sulfate for Juvenile White Oranda with Red Cap under 96 hours were 4.11 mg/L, 35.11 mg/L, and 2.81 mg/L, respectively. The safe mass concentrations of three drugs for Juvenile White Oranda with Red Cap are 0.41mg/L, 3.51 mg/L, and 0.28 mg/L, respectively. It can be seen that appropriate concentrations of potassium permanganate, methylene blue, and copper sulfate can all be safely used in Juvenile White Oranda with Red Cap. |
