烤烟上部叶成熟度对烟叶品质的影响

摘    要:为探究四川省广元产区上部烟叶适宜的采收成熟度,以产区云烟87顶部第3片叶为参照标准,以当地常规成熟度的叶片为对照,设置4个成熟度梯度处理,测定不同成熟度梯度采收的烤后烟外观质量、化学成分、感官质量和经济效益,结果表明,上部烟叶常规采收时间推迟3天,此时是广元市剑阁县汉阳镇和剑门关镇烟区上部烟叶采收的最佳成熟度。

Effect of different maturity of upper tobacco leaves on appearance quality and intrinsic quality of tobacco after roasting

Abstract:In order to explore the appropriate harvest maturity of tobacco leaves in the upper part of Guangyuan production area, Sichuan Province, the third leaf at the top of Yunyan 87 production area was used as the reference standard, and the leaves with local conventional maturity were used as the control. Four maturity gradients were set for processing, and the appearance quality, chemical composition, sensory quality and economic benefits of roasted tobacco harvested at different maturity gradients were measured. The conventional harvesting time of upper tobacco leaves was delayed for 3 days, which was the best maturity of upper tobacco leaves in the tobacco areas of Hanyang Town and Jianmenguan Town, Jiangue County, Guangyuan City.
