不同采收期大青叶的质量比较研究

摘    要:目的通过对不同采收期大青叶质量的差异进行比较,确定大青叶合理的采收期。方法采用高效液相色谱法对不同采收期大青叶中靛玉红含量进行测定分析;采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对大青叶中包括3种重金属在内的8种无机元素进行了测定分析。结果7月采收的药材中靛玉红的含量明显高于11月采收药材。7月采收大青叶中Ca、K、Zn、Cu元素的含量均高于11月;11月采收药材中Pb等3种重金属含量均大于7月采收药材。结论为确保临床用药的安全有效,有必要调整大青叶传统采收时间,应以7月为最佳采收季节。

Abstract:In order to know the qualitative differences between the Indigowoad Leaves collected at different time,we carried out the experience.Methods: The samples of Indigowoad leaves come from Chinese crude drug which is planted in standard experiment base of operations in July and November.we apply HPLC to determine the content of the Indirubin and apply absorption spectrometry to determine the content of the eight kinds of the mineral elements which involve three kinds of the heavy metals.Results: Leaves collected in July all exhibited the higher amount of Indirubin and the inorganic element(Calcium,Iron,Zincum and Kal).The leaves collected in July exhibited the lower amount of heavy metals than collected in November.Conclusions In order to guarantee the safety and the utility of the clinical medication,it is necessary to regulate the traditional time of adducting the Indigowoad Leaves.July should be the best collected time.
