板栗苞生物发酵栽培茶薪菇研究

摘    要:利用板栗苞为培养料栽培茶薪菇,采取生物发酵、石灰水浸泡、直接拌料装袋3种原料处理方式,经熟料栽培管理,测定各培养料菌袋菌丝生长速度和子实体产量及生物学效率。结果表明:生物发酵与石灰水浸泡、直接拌料装袋的培养料相比较,差异均达到显著水平,板粟苞生物发酵栽培的茶薪菇菌丝生长旺盛、生物转化率较高。
