摘    要:研究遮光对彩叶植物虎舌红和常绿植物紫金牛的叶绿素荧光光化学效率参数的影响。结果表明:除遮光90%处理外,虎舌红和紫金牛最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和实际光化学效率(PSII)均随着遮光程度的增加而增加,遮光处理提高了它们的光化学效率。虎舌红在不同遮光处理下30 d时,都存在不同程度的光抑制现象;而紫金牛只在遮光35%时存在光抑制现象。在相同遮光强度下,虎舌红的Fv/Fm值低于紫金牛的。表明虎舌红的适宜光照条件为遮光75%。

Abstract:In this paper,chlorophylly fluorescence photochemical efficiency in Color-leafed Plants Ardisia mamillata Hance and evergreen plant Ardisia japonica(Thunberg) under different shading treatments were investigated.The results showed that except 90% shading treatments,the maximal efficiency of PSⅡ photochemistry(Fv/Fm) and efficiency of PSⅡ photochemistry(PSII) in Ardisia mamillata Hance and Ardisia japonica(Thunberg) increased with the increase of shading degree under the other three shading treatments,and shading treatments increased the photochemical efficiency in the two plants.Photoinhibition would happen under all shading treatments in A.mamillata after 30 d,but only under the 35% shading treatments in A.japonica.Under the same shading treatments,Fv/Fm of A.mamillata was higher than that of A.japonica.The results indicated that A.mamillata suitable conditions for shading 75% of the light.
