| 摘 要： | 自建文献传递数据库既能有效地补充高校图书馆馆藏文献之不足,又能节约经费。但由于知识产权保护问题制约了自建文献传递数据库的进一步发展,如何在文献传递数据库的建设与利用中规避版权风险,是数据库建设中的一个重要问题。

| Abstract: | Self-built document delivery database not only can effectively make up the inadequacy of university library collections,but also funds can be saved.However,problems of intellectual property protection constrained the further development of the document delivery database,so it is a major problem for database construction how to avoid the risk of copyright in the literature database construction and utilization. |
