初乳活性奶的研制

摘    要:通过对本公司五大牧场奶牛分娩七天内之初乳的跟踪检测,界定了可用于生产的初乳原料范围,根据初乳中IgG等免疫球蛋白的含量确定初乳的配方用量,探讨了初乳的理化特性及如何保持初乳活性;并依此确定初乳活性奶的生产工艺。

Abstract:Investigation and examination on the colostrum in five dairy farms were made to define the range of colostrum as raw material for producing. The ingredient and quantity were decided by the IgG content of the colostrum. Study on the quality of the colostrum and how to keep the activity of IgG were also made, and thereby, the technological process of colostrum-activity-milk was decided.
