珍珠岩引发对茄子种子发芽率的影响

摘    要:种子引发是一项控制种子缓慢吸水和逐步回干的种子处理技术。本试验以珍珠岩为引发基质,研究了在珍珠岩中添加不同水分进行引发处理对茄子种子发芽率的影响。结果表明,在珍珠岩中加入一定水分进行引发处理,对茄子种子的发芽率产生了明显的促进作用,特别是对提高茄子种子前期发芽率的作用更加明显,前3 d的发芽率比对照提高12.3~70.0个百分点。采用珍珠岩作引发基质时,适宜的加水量为每1.5 g珍珠岩0.4~0.6 m l蒸馏水。

Abstract:Seed priming is a technique slowly controlling water imbibition of seed and gradually returning dry for germination.It was studied that the addition of different water content in perlite matrix affected germination rate of eggplant seed with perlite as priming matrix.The results indicated that adding different content of water into perlite matrix obviously promoted the germination rate of eggplant seed,especially increased the germination rate in germination prophase and enhanced the germination rate of 12.3~70.0 percent points at the former 3 days.Optimum water content was of 0.4~0.6 ml distilled water per 1.5 g perlite matrix.
