摘    要:针对无级变速器(CVT)压力传感器测量误差较大的问题,提出了一种应用支持向量机(SVM)建立误差补偿模型的方法.在分析引起测量误差因素的基础上,确立了误差补偿模型的输入、输出基本结构;通过试验构建训练样本集,并完成误差补偿模型的训练,在训练过程中,通过遗传算法对模型参数进行了优化.试验结果表明,设计的误差补偿模型可以有效提高传感器的线性度,并可以把最大绝对误差从0.5 MPa降至0.15 MPa,显著提高了压力传感器的性能和测量精度.
