摘    要:用电子显微镜观察了不育系珍汕97A与保持系珍汕97B的浆片和花丝的超微结构及其在开.闭颖过程中的变化,发现开颖前浆片和花丝细胞的质体中含有淀粉粒,临开颖时,淀粉粒消失.浆片和花丝的薄壁细胞吸水后,内膜系统破裂.释放出水解酶,细胞开始自溶,解体物通过导管等质外体向小穗轴撤离.另外还发现:不育系的浆片中的维管束数目少,缺少导管,花丝中无导管,细胞自溶慢.这可能是不育系开颖迟、闭颖慢,花丝伸长少及不易萎缩的主要原因.

Abstract:The ultramicrostructure of lodicules and filaments and their changes in the process of flower opening and closure in sterile line, Zhenshan 97A and fertile line, Zhenshan 97B were observed under electronmicroscope. It was found that there were some starch grains in the plastids of lod-icule and filament cells before flowering. However, these grains disappeared just before flowering. After the lodicule and filament cells absorbed water,the cell membrance system broke,hydrolase was released. The cells began to autolysed and catabolites were transfered to rachilla through tra-cheae and other apoplast. It was also discovered that there were few vascular bundles and tracheae in the lodicules and short of tracheae in the filaments of sterile line. The cell autolyses was slow. These may be the main reason why flower opening and closure delayed and filament stretched and wilted difficultly.
