摘    要:采用田间栽培试验及离体叶片低温胁迫法,研究氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)不同配比施肥对新植高原甘蔗新品系YAU01/58的生长及耐寒性的影响,结果表明:处理④(N∶P∶K=2∶1∶2)对甘蔗主要农艺性状、工艺性状和耐寒性等方面的影响较处理①(N∶P∶K=1∶1∶1)、处理②(N∶P∶K=2∶1∶1)、处理③(N∶P∶K=1∶2∶1)为好,说明在均衡施用N、P、K肥的基础上适当增施N、K肥能有效提高甘蔗的耐寒性及其产量和品质。

Abstract:Different mixed nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium fertilizer treatments were used to study the effects on growth and cold tolerance of new-planting plateau sugarcane(Saccharum spp.) strain YAU01-58 by both field trials and chilling stress to in vitro leaves. The study was performed by using four treatments: treatment one, the ratio of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium was 1:1:1; treatment two, the ratio was 2:1:1; treatment three, 1:2:1; treatment four, 2:1:2. The results indicated that treatment four had the best effects on the main agronomic and industrial characters and cold tolerance of the plant of YAU01-58 than other treatments, indicating that the cold tolerance, stalk yields and quality of sugarcane could be improved by increased nitrogen and phosphorous quantity properly based on nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium evenly used for fertilizing.
