| 摘 要： | 植物激素是影响长柄扁桃增殖的一个重要因素。以长柄扁桃试管苗为材料,研究了不同质量浓度的6-BA与IBA组合对长柄扁桃增殖的影响。结果表明:MS+0.10mg/L6-BA+0.41mg/LIBA适于长柄扁桃的增殖,增殖倍数为4.1倍,平均苗高为1.50cm,试管苗生长健壮。

| Abstract: | Hormone is a critical factor that affects the multiplication of Amygdalus pedunculata Pall. Using test-tube seedling of Amygdalus pedunculata Pall as explants,effects of 6-BA and IBA in different concentrations and combinations on the multiplication of Amygdalus pedunculata Pall were studied.
